Acer E-mill w/ Anilam 3000. I'm trying to machine a part, but it keeps giving me indentation and renders it useless. At first, there was play in the y-axis play so I tighten the gibs. Now there is only .0005" play. That didn't solve the issue.

Quick update on the saddle and X axis linear motion bits. After doing a test fit with the standard BK type ball screw bearing mounts, I decided the machine could do with something a little more beefier. The ball screw that will be used initially is a "high quality" ebay sourced item that I got sent from China.
